The scope of shutdown enterprises is 322 high-grade voltage enterprises with levels 4 and 3 included in the orderly power consumption list; 1001 low-grade voltage enterprises in the area included in the shutdown scheme.Level 2 and level 1 enterprises included in the list of orderly electricity consumption shall implement orderly electricity consumption by means of rotation rest or peak avoidance, and the plan shall be formulated and notified separately.
In this regard, the central government attaches great importance to it. Recently, the executive meeting of the State Council has made arrangements for further energy production and supply. The relevant departments have actively implemented the spirit of the meeting and quickly introduced a series of reforms and measures to ensure supply and stabilize prices.With the gradual implementation of relevant measures, the tight supply of coal and electric power will be alleviated, and the constraints on economic operation will also be reduced.
