Contactor (contactor) refers to the industrial electrical appliances that use the coil to flow through the current to generate a magnetic field and close the contacts to control the load. The contactor is composed of electromagnetic system (core, static core, electromagnetic coil) contact system (normally open contact and normally closed contact) and arc extinguishing device. The principle is that when the electromagnetic coil of the contactor is energized, it will produce a strong magnetic field, so that the static core produces electromagnetic suction to attract the armature, and drive the contact action: often closed contact disconnected; often open contact closed, the two are linked. When the coil is powered off, the electromagnetic suction disappears, and the armature is released under the action of the release spring to restore the contacts: normally closed contact is closed; normally open contact is disconnected. As a general and basic product of low-voltage electrical products, contactor is widely used in oem machinery supporting, electric power, construction / real estate, metallurgy, petrochemical and other industries. The chemical industry runs well, especially the coal chemical industry and fine chemical industry grew greatly. With the improvement of environmental protection requirements, the demand for low-pressure contactors of environmental protection-related products has also increased significantly. The state’s investment in infrastructure construction and new energy industry, and the development of rail transit industry, wind power and nuclear power industry will also greatly pull down the low-voltage contactors. As a traditional low voltage electrical product, low voltage contactor has been very mature. The manufacturing process of low-voltage contactor products is not complicated, with relatively low technical content, coupled with sufficient market demand, spawned a large number of low-voltage contactor manufacturers; and low-voltage contactors with different load current also show a large difference in price, covering the range from more than ten yuan to several thousand yuan.
